The Way to Healthy Snacking

Eating 5 fruits and a vegetables a day is difficult, especially in our fast past world. That's why it's important more than ever to shop right and plan your meals. First start off with fresh blueberries on your oatmeal. Then go for some apples and a few slices of cheese for a snack. At lunch, include a salad with tomato and avocado, along with anything else that tickles your fancy. For that mid-afternoon snack, having some pita bread with humus might be good and a few carrot sticks with ranch dressing. Then for dinner include a vegetable, maybe even a baked potato with some fresh chives and you've done it! And your body will pay you back with increased energy and better health.
